Refunds may be requested for the following reasons:

  • Service Issues: If our services were not performed as agreed upon or were unsatisfactory due to errors or omissions made by our team.

  • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel the service before work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepayment made, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Work that has been completed and accepted by the customer.

  • Damage caused by external factors such as weather or accidents beyond our control.

  • Change of mind after work has begun or been completed.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service being provided. You can reach our customer service team by:

  • Address of the property where services were performed

  • Detailed description of the issue or reason for refund

  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review the request and assess whether the conditions for a refund are met.

  • Respond within 7 business days to confirm the approval or denial of the refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it promptly. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Warranty on Services

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there are any issues with the work done under our service warranty, we will work to resolve them at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by neglect, misuse, or external factors. Warranty for material defects are subject to the manufacturers warranty. 

5. Exceptions and Modifications

This refund policy is subject to change. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to all future transactions. Refunds outside of these terms are at the sole discretion of A&O Roofing Solutions LLC.
