Thank you for choosing A&O Roofing Solutions LLC. We are committed to providing high-quality roofing services and stand behind our workmanship and materials. This warranty policy outlines the coverage, terms, and conditions for services provided.

1. Warranty Coverage

A&O Roofing Solutions LLC offers the following warranty coverage:

  • Workmanship Warranty:

    • Coverage Period: 1 year from the completion date.

    • Coverage: Defects in installation and craftsmanship.

  • Material Warranty:

    • Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Duration and terms depend on the specific product installed.

2. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers only the following:

  • Leaks or failures caused by improper installation.

  • Roof system defects due to workmanship errors.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather events (hail, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.), or acts of God.

  • Structural issues or building movements.

  • Improper maintenance or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by A&O Roofing Solutions LLC.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects, or deterioration of materials due to aging.

3. Warranty Claims Procedure

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Notify A&O Roofing Solutions LLC in writing by email at: at info@aoroofingsolutions.com or by mail to 10389 Wood Heights Drive, Dallas, TX  within 30 days of discovering the defect.

  2. Include a description of the problem, photographs (if applicable), and proof of purchase or contract.

  3. Allow us reasonable time to inspect and assess the issue.

4. Remedies

If a covered defect is found, A&O Roofing Solutions LLC will:

  • Repair or replace defective workmanship at no charge.

  • Coordinate with material manufacturers for claims under their warranties (as applicable).

5. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • This warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A&O Roofing Solutions LLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected area. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

  • Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Maintenance Requirements

Regular roof inspections and maintenance are recommended to prevent avoidable damage. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Keep gutters and drains clear.

  • Remove debris promptly.

  • Inspect for signs of wear or damage annually.

7. Third-Party Repairs and Warranty Nullification Clause

Any warranty provided by A&O Roofing Solutions, whether expressed or implied, shall be rendered null and void in its entirety if repairs, alterations, or modifications are performed on the warranted roof or roofing system by any party other than A&O Roofing Solutions or its expressly authorized representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, repairs by other contractors, subcontractors, or service providers not approved in writing by A&O Roofing Solutions prior to the commencement of such work. Unauthorized third-party interventions immediately terminate all warranty obligations.

8. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dallas, Texas.
